I wanted to write to let you know how awesome your cake mixes are....or at least the two that I have tried, the Chocolate Mud Cake with Ganache and the Vanilla Cup Cake mix. I never thought I'd say this about any packed cake mix as in the past I have refused to use them. However since my husband now requires a gluten free diet I thought I would give one a try and I was very impressed. Please keep up the high standard and do not compromise the quality you have achieved for the sake of profits, as the consumer can always tell.

Banana Bread:I am gluten and dairy intolerant and just happen to come across your product and thought l would give it ago.l didn't expect it to be as delicious as it was. Normally the family don't really have my food however they all had some and also found it tasty and light. I went back to my IGA to buy some more to find it had sold out. That's when l looked you up and have purchased a 6 pack! I am going to give them to friends as they are great for Kid's lunches. Well done for making such a quality product.

I have recently purchased 6 bottles of you Buckwheat Pancake Mix. I was able to purchase this mix from our local shopping centre and absolutely fell in love with these pancakes. They taste so good and are very gentle on my wheat intolerant stomach. And my husband who is not wheat intolerant also enjoys the pancakes. So when the shelves were bare of my favourite pancake mix and the shelves didn't seem to be getting restocked I knew I would have to order straight from you.
